German Village
German Village is a historic neighborhood just south of downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was settled by a large number of German immigrants in the mid 1800s. The village is a residential neighborhood with beautiful, red-brick homes and wrought iron fences along tree-lined, brick-paved streets. The neighborhood Visitor's Center is located in the German Village Meeting Haus (588 South Third Street) - walking distance from Pistacia Vera. The center is open weekdays 9 am to 4 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm, closed Sundays.
